Do you want to learn practical ways to improve your well-being?

What other participants are saying

A lot of takeaways on how to be my desired best self. In addition, I was able to use the tools/knowledge from this workshop to help coach/address some interpersonal situations at work at individual and team level. Useful course where learning can be applied in both personal life and work situations.
— Polly C.
Excellent course, very well run and organised. Mallika is a skilled trainer. The course is a valuable introduction to the concepts of ACT – made me think more of my values and towards and away moves.
— Bridget M.
Learning about my values and learning tools to help me examine my behaviour in terms of whether it was aligned with my values. Even for someone familiar with mindfulness, this course offers new and helpful insights to raise awareness of how you want to live your life, how you are living now, and how to close the gap between the two. Surprising insights into strengths too.
