Our interactive and experiential workshops will equip you with a toolkit of practical strategies that you can impart to your child to help them navigate interpersonal relationships, manage anxiety, transition between work and play and balance their daily distractions.
You will also learn to welcome heartfulness, compassion, empathy and gratitude into your daily life. We share the wonders of mindfulness which has been scientifically proven to increase focus, emotional regulation and executive functioning for both adults and children.
The programmes we offer are non-religious, where we teach accessible strategies which have transformative effects on your daily routine. Each workshop is 3 hours in duration. Topics covered:
